Two people in HR.
Eleven programmes. One workflow.

In a mid-sized company HR is rarely a team of ten. Usually it is two or three people who do everything, and between them a landscape of programmes grown over many years. That is exactly what HR-Autopilot was built for.

First workflow in four weeks No IT resource needed Excel and industry solutions too
Day to day

You know this.
And this is exactly what stops.

1

Everything depends on one person

When your colleague is on leave, nobody knows which list still needs updating. A workflow in the autopilot knows every step, whoever happens to be in.

2

IT has no time

An integration has been on the list for two years. With HR-Autopilot you need IT only for one short call to approve the access, after which you carry on yourself.

3

Excel is the integration

Export here, import there, and in between a list nobody understands any more. The autopilot connects Excel files and folder directories too, so they do not have to disappear.

4

No budget for a project

A new all-in-one system costs licences, consulting, migration and a year of stress. Here everything stays where it is and you only pay for the connection.

The route

Live in four weeks.
Without anyone being taken off their job.

Your effort spreads across a handful of meetings. We do the rest.

1Week 1A conversation: which process hurts most? We look together at which programmes are involved.
2Week 2Setting up access. One short call with your IT team, usually under 30 minutes per programme.
3Week 3Building and testing the workflow. You watch and take over the controls as you go.
4Week 4Going live. From now on the process runs, and you build the next one yourself.

“Personio and Sage are connected at last. We have transparency across every process and far fewer questions in the team.”

Where most people start

One workflow is enough
to feel the difference.

Onboarding

From the offer to the first day: employee file, payroll, accounts, equipment, welcome. Eleven entries become one.

↻

Maintaining employee records

Address, bank details, marital status, changed once and up to date everywhere. No queries coming back from payroll.

⏱

Absence & payroll

Sick note, time account, pay type, a note to the manager: four steps for a common cold, all gone.

No brochure, no sales loop. In a few minutes you have a number you can put in front of your management.

What other mid-sized companies automate

Four workflows
almost everyone starts with.

In our experience the first workflow takes off so much work that the second one follows by itself.

The most popular start

Prepare onboarding in full

Applicant management→HR system→Payroll→User accounts

Eleven entries in different programmes become one. On the first day everything is ready: the account, the time account, the payroll record, a welcome from the team.

2 days → 4 minuntil everything is ready
The biggest irritation

Keep employee records the same everywhere

HR system→Payroll→Time tracking

One change of address, three programmes, two of them forgotten. Then comes the call from finance. That call is exactly what stops.

0queries coming back from payroll
Runs every day

Passing on a sick note

HR system→Time tracking→Payroll→Manager

Four steps for a common cold, and honestly, who does all of them? The autopilot forgets none of them, not even at 4pm on a Friday.

4 → 0steps per report
The security issue

Handle offboarding without gaps

HR system→User accounts→Time tracking→Payroll

Accounts left open after the last working day are a real risk, and usually only come to light at the next audit.

Common questions from mid-sized companies

What businesses
of your size ask us

Is it worth it at 80 employees?
Yes. What matters is not the number of employees but the number of programmes and how often data moves between them. Anyone with three programmes and regular joiners and leavers saves measurable time from the first workflow.
We have no IT department. Does it still work?
Yes, and that is the normal case among our mid-sized customers. One meeting with your external IT provider is usually enough to approve the access the first time. After that the HR team works on its own.
Our programmes are old and some are industry solutions.
There are ways for those too. Where no modern interface exists, we work with file-based transfers, folder monitoring or a direct database connection. Tell us your systems and we will say openly what is possible.
Do we have to give up our Excel lists?
No. Excel files and folder directories can be connected like any other programme. Many customers keep the overview they are used to and simply have it filled in automatically.
What does it cost to start?
The scope follows your number of employees and the number of programmes connected. There is no setup fee and no surprise in the second year. A call with no obligation settles the framework in 30 minutes.
