How long does implementation take?
This varies depending on the number of systems and specific requirements. Systems can be hosted either on the cloud with accessible APIs or locally on servers. On average, our implementations take about 15 project days, including workshops, coordination, implementation phases, and training. Under favorable conditions, HR Autopilot can be fully implemented within 3 weeks after receiving the customer’s availability.
Initially, we need a summary of your HR processes and systems. Typically, we conduct this in a 3-hour workshop with the HR department. Additionally, consultations with the data protection, IT security, and IT departments are necessary. However, the actual workload is on our side, requiring no additional resources from the client.
The great thing is that there are no additional costs. The monthly fee covers all adjustments to processes, systems, and APIs by the provider. This ensures a fully controlled cost structure!
