We have a very clear goal in mind. The HR Autopilot will become the industry standard for interfaces in the HR sector. More than 600 HR systems in Germany alone ensure that the market is very confusing. Accordingly, the answer to the question: “Do our interfaces fit our new desired tool?” should always be YES.
We are only at the beginning of this journey – but we will pursue our further goals and have a new interface ready every 3 days.

Technology and people alike – this combination has always fascinated me. Digital solutions should improve communication and collaboration, not complicate them.
My experiences in complex organizations like Roche (Pharma) and DHL (Logistics) have shown me how crucial clear processes and reliable structures are. We bring precisely this knowledge into the HR tech sector.
Together with Peter, I was excited by the idea of freeing HR departments from recurring routine work. With the HR Autopilot, we are revolutionizing work: Instead of building individual interfaces, our workflow builder creates a platform that intelligently connects processes, tools, and people.
My motivation lies in being close to the customer: We want to understand where we can relieve them the most. Because the best technology is that which gives people the space to focus on what matters.
